Finder names Nick Cheadle Fitness as the best rated online fitness program brand for 2020/2021
We are excited to announce that Nick Cheadle Fitness has been recognised in the 2020/2021 Finder Retail Awards as Australia’s best rated brand for online fitness programs.
With millions of Aussies confined to their homes throughout the year, access to online fitness programs became a significant part of 2020. We are honoured to be named by Finder as the best rated brand in this space.
Our fitness programs achieved the top overall rating, as well as receiving great scores for attributes such as value for money, features and benefits, and customer support. We were also thrilled to receive a 93% recommendation rating from consumers who love our online fitness programs.
To determine its winners, Finder worked with global data and insights firm, Kantar, to survey 3,000 Aussie consumers across a range of categories. Customers were asked to recall brands they have engaged with and rate them on a range of sentiment pillars.
